of your Despatch No. 149 of the 8th. June the contents of which have been communicated to Dr. Eobb and to return the forms of application for appointment to the Colonial Medical Service duly completed.

With reference to clause 12 Dr. Lobb had not his testimoniale with him but he will hand them over personally at the Colonial Office on his return to England.
